A day of mourning for our extended family. Aunt June leaves behind my Uncle Richard, cousin John, and grandkids she loved to pieces. I had a lot of pleasant memories with Aunt June and am grateful she included me in the family, especially because my brother and I were adopted. I spent many summers "up North" at her Michigan home, as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas get togethers. Aunt June seemed happiest when surrounded by family. I will never forget the amount of time she spent creating elaborate Barbie birthday cakes for my birthdays, which was my inspiration for my daughter Arabella's 5th birthday cake on March 29! It's funny how much the little things really matter in life. She gave to me out of her time and thoughtfulness and that has always stuck with me.♥️
🙏 "May her soul, and all those faithfully departed, by the Mercy of God, Rest in Peace. Amen"
