William F. Burtch
Sterling, Michigan

WILLIAM F. “BILL” BURTCH of Sterling, passed away March 10, 2012 at 78 years of age.

He is survived by his wife, Ellen who he married in March of 1961 in Prescott. One brother, Chuck (Madeline) Burtch of Sterling. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ellen Burtch; one brother, Earl; two sisters, Verna and Betty; in-laws, Clarence and Mary Page and a brother-in-law, Jim Page.

Mr. Burtch retired from Consumers Energy as a meter reader after several years of service. He also worked for Knights Mill in Sterling as a truck driver. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Germany.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the Prescott Chapel of the Buresh Funeral Home, 101 Harrison Street. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at noon. Interment at Clayton Township Cemetery, Pastor Wayne Russell officiating. Memorial contributions suggested to the family.
