Hale, Michigan

VIVIAN E. YAGER of Hale, passed away December 31, 2011 in West Branch Regional Hospital at 81 years of age.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Richard. Children, Linda (Donald) Harris, Marsha (John) Katona, Mark Yager and Kathleen Oyster. Grandchildren, Jennifer (Dave) Racine, Donald (Sara) Harris, Jr., Brian Harris, John Katona, Richard (Elizabeth) Katona, Laura (George) Pavlik, John Oyster and Heather Oyster. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren and three siblings, Jane (Charles) Meyers, Arthur (Pat) Moore and Clarence Ray Moore. She is preceded in death by one son, John Yager and one brother, Jack Moore.

Mrs. Yager was a member of the Rose City Lioness. She was a "world class" doll maker, a seamstress and enjoyed sewing.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at the Hale Chapel of the Buresh Funeral Home, 121 S. Washington. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 P.M. Interment at the Logan Township Cemetery, Rev. Tom Barbret officiating. Memorial contributions suggested to the Rose city Lions Club, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

all that matetrs is all that matetrs is calories IN and calories OUT. I don't give a hoot about intervals , heartrate etc. or whatever. u can crawl on the treadmill as far as I'm concerned, it makes no difference. Your treadmill shows how much you lost in terms of calories and your food label should show you how much you gained that day in calories. It's just a simple matter of subtracting the 2. Your result should always be a min 500 cal loss/day for fast weight loss.
