Roslynn "Lynn" H. Sherman, of Au Gres, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Covenant Cooper Hospital in Saginaw, Michigan, age 66 years. Lynn was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 15, 1955 to Robert and Marjorie Sherman. She earned a degree from Michigan State University and worked many years as a Florist. Lynn was a deeply devout Catholic, keeping prayer and faith in her daily life. She found peace and comfort in praying daily the Rosary, and in her travels, she enjoyed collecting different Rosaries for her keepsakes. She was an active member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Au Gres, Michigan. Lynn and her husband, Dennis J. Blaszkiewicz, joined their lives in marriage on June 15, 1995 and together, the couple truly loved traveling and vacationing on cruise ships! Lynn will be missed, cherished, and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Lynn is survived by her beloved husband, Dennis J. Blaszkiewicz of Au Gres; and her cousins, Bob and Judy Deady. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marjorie Sherman; and her brother, Fr. Jacques DePaul Daley. A funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Mark Catholic Church in Au Gres. Her family will welcome friends for a time of visitation at church on Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of mass. She will be laid to rest in the Linwood Cemetery in Au Gres following mass. Lynn will be truly missed. Always a spitfire with a great sense of humor. Her love for people and animals was endless. It was a privilege to be part of her gracious loving family. Lynn's devotion to the Catholic Church was endless and she sure will be seating right up there in heaven with the rest of her precious family. Rest in peace, Lynn.

We've only known Dennis and Lynn since 2017. Actually didn't meet Lynn until 2018. Quickly saw what an upbeat, optimistic person she was. Through the last three and a half years her faith in God never wavered, her love for Dennis never faltered. She always had a smile in her heart. I will always remember this charming woman and am thankful that now she is whole and in the arms of Jesus.

So sorry for your loss, Dennis. I don’t know you but went to high school with and was Lynn’s roommate in college before and after her brush with death then. I lost touch with her and with so many through the years, but wanted to let you know Lynn was a memorable soul and God will find and reward her. She was so full of life then and sounds like that continued into her later years. I hope your faith sees you through this period and only good memories remain with you. I met Lynn in high school we shared a couple of classes together. Lynn and I were complete opposites of course but Lynn never judged you what you looked like on the outside but what was in the inside of you. She helped me in my schoolwork and I passed my classes with her help. The last time I saw Lynn was at a class reunion where we shared our memories and danced. Lynn was a beautiful woman with a beautiful smile. Lynn's husband was a lucky man to have her in his life. I will always remember our last dance. Rest in peace Lynn we will miss this special lady
