Obituary Notice

Robert William Philpot, age 51, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Covenant Medical Center ~ Cooper in Saginaw, Michigan while being comforted by his close family.  Bob fought a tough battle with multiple health issues until the very end.  He was born to William Philpot (spouse, Mickie) and Janie Philpot on October 11, 1966 in Tawas City, Michigan where he spent his life.  Bob grew up with siblings, Donny (Heidi) and Jennifer (John) and Steven.  Later in life he married, Lisa Adkins and together they raised five beautiful children, Michael, Ben (Julie), Seth, Sam, and Kelli.  In 2004 Bob met Gail Palmer who he spent the last 13 years of his life with along with her three children, Rachel (Chad), Ben, and Rebekah.  Bob’s newest love was his big furry husky, Tasha.

Bob was a hard worker and an amazing cook.  He was willing to whip up a meal for anyone no matter what time of the day or night it was.  He would give the shirt off his back if it meant he was helping a loved one out.  Bob will forever be missed and never forgotten.
