Obituary Notice

Robert Teachout, Sr., age 61, of Hale, passed away on Wednesday November 29, 2017.  He was born on May 31, 1956 in West Branch, MI to the late William and Margaret Teachout.  Bob served his country proudly in the United States Army.  He was a member of the Hale American Legion, and the Hale Vietnam Veterans of America.  Bob enjoyed fishing, coaching youth sports teams, watching NASCAR, and other sports, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Karen Teachout; his son, Rob (Crystal) Teachout of Hale; step-children, Bobbi Jo Livingston of Prescott, Brad (Bridget) Livingston of South Carolina, and Bill Livingston of Prescott; siblings, Greg Teachout, Pam Green, Becky Burrows, and John Grinnell; 7 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Teachout.

The visitation will take place on Friday December 1, 2017 from 1-8 PM and on Saturday December 2, 2017 from 10 AM to 1 PM with the funeral starting at 1 PM at the Hale Chapel of Buresh Funeral Homes.  Condolences may be left online to the family at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com
