Age 71, of Tawas City, Michigan died at his home on Monday, January 25, 2021 with his wife and daughter at his side. Robert was born the son of Albert and Zelma (Preston) Strong on July 2, 1949 in Pontiac, Michigan. He was a self-employed truck driver for many years. Robert had a love for motorcycles and was a lifetime member of the Vigilantes Motorcycle Club in Turner, Michigan. He was a very proud husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to many. He loved being a dad and spending as much time with his family as he could. Robert married his best friend Janice Tucker on June 5, 1971 and together they shared 50 years of marriage and had two beautiful girls. He is survived by his wife, Janice; daughter, Lisa Strong; two sisters, Jean DeMarc and Sandra Grimes; grandchildren, Amanda (Kevin) Peters, Johnathan Stiles and Kayla (Ancog) Bronson; great grandchildren, Alexys Langworthy, Natalie Strong, Sophia Strong and Meika Peters. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; step mom, Ida Strong; daughter, Kristine Strong; and brother, Roger Reynolds. Per his wishes cremation has taken place.
