Raymond John Flood of Oscoda passed away at home unexpectedly on Tuesday November 17th. He was 77 years old. He was born in Flint to the late Anna Doyon and the late Jack Flood. He worked at AC Spark Plug for 30 years before retiring in 1993.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Nancy Flood. He also leaves behind a blended family of 6 children. He will be forever remembered as a wonderful and caring father by daughters Gloria (Vince) Randall, Anna Stafford, Nicole Gent, and sons Raymond (Tina) Flood, Robert (Margarita) Flood, Michael Flood. Raymond is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs Black Jack and Maggie. Raymond loved to play the guitar and ukulele and he was a member of the local ukulele club. He was also an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, gardening, camping, archery, riding his bike and walking his dogs.
As per his wishes, Raymond will be cremated, and a memorial mass and celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2021.

Ray was a very kind, loving and thoughtful man. He was a great friend. When my mother was here in hospice he came and played his guitar for her. He and Nancy loved camping and adventures to Florida in winter. We will all miss him so much❤️💔
