Obituary Notice

Mark Steven Krumm, of Prescott, a native long time resident of Tawas City, passed away at his home on Monday, November 4, 2019, age 62 years. Mark was born on November 10, 1956 in Tawas City to Melvin and Annamae (Bodrogian) Krumm. He worked many years as an over the road truck driver. He was employed during his career by both Make Way Move All and OX Trucking. Mark enjoyed the outdoors, especially spending time hunting and fishing. He was a man who enjoyed meeting new faces and making friends. Socializing was a trait that came easy for Mark. He was a member of the Tawas Moose, and a former member of the Shriners. Mark will be always remembered by his family and dear friends who knew and loved him. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Jennifer (James) Swift of Troy; significant other, Amy Doll of Prescott; 2 grandsons, Justin and Jimmy; 2 sisters, Cheryl (Chris) Kent of Chesterfield, and Joanne (Donald) LaDrigue of Florida; niece, Dana (Tyler) Jordan of Whittemore; and great niece Alayna Jordan. Mark is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Mark Steven Krumm II; a brother, John Krumm; and a sister, Kari Slade. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and his family will celebrate his life on his birthday with a fellowship meal Sunday, November 10, 2019 at 1:00 PM on at the Tawas Creek Golf Club. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his family.
