Mark Allen Wier, of Trinity, TX, formerly of Prescott, passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 27, 2019 while visiting family in Prescott. He was born in Saginaw to Edward & Helen (Hall) Wier on February 8, 1961. He graduated from Whittemore-Prescott High School and entered the US Army and later the US Navy making the military his career. He retired after 22 years of military service in 2011. Mark loved riding motorcycles, playing computer games and getting out of work as he said he was retired.

Mark is survived by his wife, Annette Dooley of Trinity, TX; children, Micah Lewis of West Branch, Shawn (Amanda) Wier of SC, Michael Wier of SC, Willow McLaren of Hale, Bailey Morris of KS, Nicole Wier of MT; step-children, Tanya (Daniel) Baudreaux of TX, Jeffery Dooley of TX; 20 grandchildren, mother, Helen Smith of Prescott; siblings, Sherry Wier of Prescott, Terry (Rhonda) Wier of Prescott, Larry Wier of Oscoda, Dawn Jones of Prescott, Michael (Ashley) Wier of Oscoda; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Ed; brothers, Edward, Jr. and Danny.
