Obituary Notice

Marcella K. Deel, age 66, of West Branch, formerly of Prescott and Sterling Heights, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at The Villa of West Branch. She was born on November 19, 1951 in Highland Park, MI to Swanson & Flossie (Owens) Deel. Marcella enjoyed making ceramics, snowmobiling, playing cards and going fishing.

Marcella is survived by her sister, Clara (Shelby) Roach of West Branch; brothers, Larry (Shirley) Deel of Macomb, Steve (Mary) Deel of Sterling; many nieces and nephews; and dearest friends, Sandy & Bob Jones of West Branch. She was preceded in death by her parents, Swanson and Flossie Deel; and a son, Terry Deel.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 10 am to 12 noon at the Buresh Funeral Home in Prescott. Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Doug Kennedy officiating. Interment will take place on Monday, October 1, 2018 at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, MI at 1:00 pm. The family wishes to extend special thanks to The Villa of West Branch & Heartland Hospice.
