Obituary Notice

Lorna E. Middleton, 99, a lifelong resident of Logan Township, Michigan passed away Friday morning, July 7, 2017 at the Villa of Rose City, Michigan.

Lorna was born January 13, 1918 in Logan Township, Michigan to the late Orville and Pearl (nee Streeter) Beach. She married Leo Middleton and together they raised four children, Martha, Duane, Darrell, and Dale. Lorna enjoyed gardening and flowers, sewing and quilting.

Lorna is survived by her children, Martha Doneff of Hurricane, West Virginia, Duane (Carol) Middleton of Saginaw, Michigan, Darrell (Beverly) Middleton of Clare, Michigan and Dale Middleton of Prescott, Michigan; nine grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Hildred (James) Dobson of Whittemore, Michigan, Ganice Osborne of Hale, Michigan, Aaron (Jackie) Beach of Florida, Wendell (MaryLou) Beach of Prescott, Michigan; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lorna was preceded in death by her husband, Leo; brothers, George Beach and Theo Beach; sisters, Orvetta Dodds and Leota Hilts.

Visitation will take place 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 10, 2017 and 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Buresh Funeral Home, 101 E. Harrison Street, Prescott, Michigan. Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Logan Township Cemetery, Prescott, Michigan.
