I worked with Vern at Oscoda Realty for many years and got to know him as a man of God, honest, trustworthy, always willing to help. How he loved his family! It will be so sad to not see him with Marge at 6:30 mass on Saturday evening, but we know that he is with Jesus.

Marge and family - My heart goes out to you in the loss of your husband and father, Vern. He was a great guy and I will miss seeing him at Mass on Saturday evenings. Our families have a history, starting with the vending days of old! I can hardly believe he passed away just days after attending my husband Danny's funeral on the 31st of January. May he rest in God's peace.
