Obituary Notice

John E. Baczynski
National City, Michigan

JOHN E. BACZYNSKI of National City; January 21, 2010 at 59 years of age. Beloved husband of Janel. Step-father of Kayla (Klayton) Katterman and Breeana Runyan. Brother of Hank (Sharon) Baczynski, Lorraine (Mike) Wing, Marie (Gary) Joppich and Dan Baczynski. Preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Barbara Baczynski.

John was a Community Development Director for Keego Harbor and had been a firefighter for over 26 years. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman who enjoyed boating, waterskiing and his dog, "Lady".

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 23, 2010 at the Hale Chapel of the Buresh-Bennett Funeral Home, 121 S. Washington. The family will receive friends Friday from 2-8 P.M.

I was saddened to hear of John's death. I first met John around 1979 when he was selling real estate. We had many friends in common, and over the years we saw many changes in Milford, and in our lives. He fought a long and valiant fight, and may he now be at peace, hunting always.
