Funeral ceremony for Jeffrey will take place at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 3 , 2019 at Skidway Lake Baptist Church. Pastor Russell Schmidt will officiate with interment following in Mills Township Cemetery.

Obituary Notice

Jeffrey Scott Cook, age 37, of Warren, MI formerly of Prescott, MI, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He was born on June 16, 1982 in Flint, MI to Robert & Louise (Wier) Cook. He graduated from Arenac -Eastern High School. He worked as a security guard for Outdoor Adventures and married Ashley Haisch on May 11, 2019. Jeffrey liked to play x-box and watch the University of Michigan play football and was a member of the Skidway Lake Baptist Church.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Ashley of Warren, MI; mother, Louise Cook of Prescott, MI; brothers, Paul (Cindy) Cook of Flint, Robin (Beverly) Cook of Pittsburgh, PA; father & mother-in-law, Frank & Mary Haisch of Warren, MI; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Cook.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 11 am until the time of the service at 2:00 pm at the Skidway Lake Baptist Church , 4520 Lucinda Drive, Prescott, MI 48756 with Pastor Russell Schmidt officiating. Interment will follow at the Mills Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Online condolences may be made to the family at
