Obituary Notice

Janice Nichols of Prescott, MI passed away at home on May 27 of 2019, with her family at her side. Janice was born on September 8, 1950 to Douglas and Mary Plant of Flint Michigan. She married Keith Nichols on November 25th, 1972. She lived in Prescott since 1982. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her step daughter Kelly Martin of Flint MI, her son David Nichols of Alger, and her daughter Michelle Marr and husband Dan Marr of Prescott, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, as well as her two brothers Richard Plant of Kansas City Missouri and Ronald Plant and wife Penny Plant. She has several nieces and nephews,and cousins. She was preceded in death by husband Keith, parents Douglas and Mary and grandson Bradley. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 - 11 am at the Buresh Funeral Home in Prescott, MI with Rev. Doug Kennedy officiating. Interment will follow in the Mills Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. You may offer condolences at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
