Obituary Notice

Harold R. Manor, age 91, of Au Gres, MI, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Huron Woods Nursing Home in Kawkawlin. He was born on August 16, 1926 in Bay City to Leo & Alice (Salgat) Manor. He married Elizabeth Watson in 1948. Harold was a laborer with Saginaw-Midland Water Supply, retiring in 1987. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and woodworking. He was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Au Gres and also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Harold is survived by his wife, Elizabeth of Au Gres; children, Michael (Annette) Manor of Clio; Thomas (Tami) Manor of CA, Marguerite (Jeff) Muno of Saginaw, Judy Bell of Standish, Linda (Earl) Petrimoux of Bay City; 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; brothers, Leo (Barbara) Manor of Whittemore & Carl Manor of AZ; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Richard, Cletus and James.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 9-11 AM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Au Gres. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at the church with Fr. Gerald Balwinski officiating. Interment will follow in the Sims-Whitney Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
