A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church in East Tawas with Father Tyler Bischoff officiating. Gloria's family will welcome friends at church Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the mass for visitation

Gloria Francis (Henne) Krasinski, 74, loving wife, mother, nanny, and great nanny was called by God to eternal peace and joy on Saturday, November 3, 2018

Gloria was born June 16, 1944 to Wayne and Gloria (Watters) Henne in Saginaw, MI. On September 16, 1961 Glorious married the love of her life Edwin Krasinski and together they raised 4 children.


While raising her children Gloria also owned several businesses including foster care homes in both Saginaw and Tawas City and Henne Penny Childrens Clothing Store in Saginaw. In her free time she loved to crochet, quilt, travel but more than anything she loved to be with her family, especially teaching her grandchildren to play cards and board games. Gloria also dedicated 26 years to helping her son Wayne coordinate the Iosco County Marine Corps Toys for Tots.

After 37 years of living in Saginaw, Gloria and Ed moved to Tawas City to live on the lake. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church of East Tawas, MI and St. Paul Catholic Church of Leesburg, Fl.

Upon retirement Gloria and Ed spent their winters in Leesburg, Florida where they enjoyed numerous visits from their children and families.

Gloria will be lovingly and forever remembered by her husband and soulmate of 57 years, Ed; daughter and sons, Tracy (James) Danek, Scott (Christina) Krasinski, and Tony (Stacy) Krasinski; grandchildren, David (Sarah), Scott Jr. (Ashton), Daniel (Elizabeth), Andre, Michael, Tyler, Julia and Halie; great grandchildren, Kayla, Lilly, Kinsley, Daniel Jr., Nova, Pierce, Savannah and a set of identical unknowns due any day. Also surviving are several sisters and brothers, sisters and brothers in laws, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.

Gloria has been reunited with her son Wayne Krasinski along with her parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, and several aunts, uncles.

Services are planned for visitation on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 6pm-9pm at Buresh Funeral Home and Funeral Mass at Holy Family Church in East Tawas at 11am with visitation from 10am until time of mass.

Gloria was a awesome lady, teacher, friend and at times mom. I will miss her dearly. I still do not believe she is gone but you can rest assured she is putting everything in place in heaven and looking down at all of us.
