Obituary Notice

Gerald Reitmeyer of Glennie, passed away August 10, 2014 at 75 years of age.

He was born April 24, 1939 to William and Esther (nee Routheaux) Reitmeyer in Iron River, Michigan.  On February 20, 1963 he married Jeanette Loca in Dearborn, Michigan.  He was an avid fisherman, hunter and a member of the Glennie Sportsman Club.  He enjoyed many activities at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Glennie especially with his grandchildren during bible study.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jeanette.  Four children; Kimberly Reitmeyer, Greg Reitmeyer, Cheryl Retimeyer and Rhonda (David) Asselin.  Nine grandchildren; Charise, Kailyn, Lauren, Leah, Aaron, Hannah, D.J., Andrea and Rebekah along with one brother, David(Patty) Reitmeyer.  Also survived by five nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, August 14, 2014 at the Hale Chapel of the Buresh Funeral Home, 121 S. Washington.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at 1:00 P.M.
