I had fond memories working around Pat at the Phoenix Police Department. He was a senior officer to me but treated me well. As I promoted he never changed in his friendship and support for me personally. He was a dedicated police officer to the Department, the City and most importantly the citizens he served. Pat's legacy continues in our department through his influence he had on all of us. My God continue to bless him and you all as his friends and family.
