A funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday August 17, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church in East Tawas with Father Charles Donajkowski and Father Gerald Okoli officiating.

Obituary Notice

Frances E. Mandock (nee Myers), of East Tawas, passed away Thursday August 12, 2010 at her home, age 97. Frances was born on November 9, 1912 in Rogers City to Walter and Agnes (nee Posinski) Myers. On April 9, 1929, Frances married her husband Michael Mandock in Rogers City. Together they celebrated many wonderful years of marriage. Frances is survived by her 3 children, John (Carol) Mandock of Flint, Michigan, Beverly (Patrick) Delaney of Owosso, Michigan, and Shirley Moore of East Tawas; 17 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael; her son, Robert Mandock, and her son-in-law, James Moore. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday August 17, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church in East Tawas with Father Charles Donajkowski and Father Gerald Okoli officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. The Rosary will be prayed on Monday evening at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Her family will also welcome friends at the church on Tuesday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Rogers City. Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Family Catholic Church. An online guest registry is available at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com. Funeral arrangements are by the Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City.
