Frances A. Garrow, age 84 years of Twining was taken from her family to be with the Lord, Thursday, January 24, 2019. She was born to Theodore and Ida Glaza on May 29, 1934 in Parisville, Michigan. On September 28, 1955, she married Alfred J. Garrow Jr. in Port Austin, Michigan. Alfred preceded her in death on August 23, 1997. Frances volunteered her services at St. Mark Catholic Church in Au Gres, Michigan. She loved to cook and sew for her family. She was a wonderful mother and homemaker, raising 5 children. Frances is survived by her children, Dale (Krista) Garrow of Holland, Dennis (Glenda) Garrow of Gaylord, Dawn (Walter) Harrison of Baldwin, Debra (Michael) Bilacic of Twining, and Dorri Garrow of Twining; sisters Bernice (Alex) Pawlowski, Florence (Cleo) Gilcher; brother Theodore David (Betty ) Glaza; eleven grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. Her family will welcome friends at the Buresh Funeral Home in Au Gres on Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM for a time of visitation. A rosary will be prayed that evening at the funeral home at 7:00 PM. A mass will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the St. Mark Catholic Church in Au Gres. Friends may gather with the family for a time of visitation at church from 10:00 AM until the time of the mass. She will be laid to rest in the Cedar Valley Cemetery in Mason Township. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to an Au Gres Christian charity. Condolences may be shared at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com
