Obituary Notice

Floyd B. LeVan, age 77 of Glennie, passed away peacefully at his home on March 6, 2020 with his family at his side.

He is survived by his loving wife; Joy. Dear children; Barbara (Patrick) Reittenbach of AuGres, Marshall Krull of Glennie and Billy (Nikki Priest) LeVan of Hale. Adored grandchildren; Neil Reittenbach, Nolan Reittenbach, Jessica Tuminello, Stephanie Tuminello, Brittany Tuminello, Charlie Jo LeVan and Benjamin LeVan. Brother; Sherman (Sue) LeVan. Also surviving are Three Great-Granchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Extended Family and Friends.

Mr. LeVan was preceded in death by his grandson; Patrick Lee Ross and siblings; Marvin LeVan and Vera Barror.

Floyd was born to Ervin and Marvel Jane (Odle) on June 11, 1943 in Milford Center, Ohio. After graduating from high school he served our country with the United States Air Force. He married Joy M. Keidel/Krull on December 8th 1967 in St. Charles, Michigan. They were married for 52 years. Mr. LeVan was a master at many trades as he worked for a sawmill, as a farrier, in the automotive industry as well as on airplanes. He enjoyed fishing and teaching his children and grandchildren the craft of fishing, hunting, the companionship of his furry friends and cherished time spent with family and friends. People who knew him, knew that if something needed to be done, they could count on “Ben” to help.

Mr. LeVan has been cremated. Due to Covid-19 Virus, the memorial luncheon will be rescheduled. Date and time to be announced.
