Dennis Claude Nowacki, age 82, of National City, Michigan passed away peacefully October 15, 2020 under the loving care of his family and hospice at home after a brief illness.
Dennis was born July 24, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Francis and Frances (Schultz) Nowacki. After high school graduation, he proudly served in the United States ARMY from December 11, 1956 until his honorable discharge on December 9, 1958. Dennis was a long time employee at Ford Motor Company retiring in 1997. During his retirement to the Sand Lake area, Dennis was active in the Sand Lake Men’s Association where he enjoyed assisting with the many functions as well as cooking for them as well. He also enjoyed boating on the waters by his home in National City with his wife, Sylvia.
Dennis married Sylvia Marie Zarzycki in 1959 and she survives him as well as their children, Cheryl, Dennese, and Dale; five grandchildren; brother, Kenny; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

My prayers go out to the family. I will miss you Dennis and will always remember sitting in my garage and talking till 4am a few years ago, well maybe 5-6 years ago. You are a brother-in-law I will remember. RIP AND SAY HELLO TO YOUR MOM, DAD AND SON for me. Love to all, Diana Nowacki. And Ken will remember his brother’s lovingly.
