Dean, I will miss you terribly. You meant a lot to me being retired Air Force like my dad. Cathy loved you so much. I would ask about you often when we talked. You always had a smile on your face and love in you heart for all you kids and grandkids. Peace and love be with you. Love you! Shari Atwell

I had the privilege of working with Dean at North Oakland Development. He kept me grounded in a chaotic atmosphere, He talked of his family with much love. A classic gentleman #1.
