We spent so many wonderful summers with Dave and Karen. The stories I could tell! I have such fond memories of watching Dave and my husband, Bobby, sitting by the Bay 'solving the world's problems'. He didn't call me by name the past two summers when we would go visit him at Lakeview Manor but I think he knew me. You see, for years I always made him pies. When we'd get ready to leave he'd say, "Hot pie, cold pie and more pie." (His answer to what is your favorite kind of pie.) I'm so thankful to have known him.
