Anna Mary Ranney Miracle

Age 90, of Greenbush, MI passed through the veil on Saturday, August 25, 2012. She was born in Flint, MI of October 29, 1921 to the late Byron and Flossie Ranney (nee Chrivia). Most of her life was spent in Genesee County. She did volunteer work for the American Red Cross and the Girl Scouts of America. Anna worked for the State of Michigan for 17 years before retiring in 1983 and moving to Oscoda, MI.

She is survived by her daughter Linda Jean Leos, sister Ilah Ludlow, 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents Anna was preceded in death by three daughters, Joannie Miracle, Doris Thomas, Elizabeth Trier, sister Ruth Ludlow and brother Wayne Ranney. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 - 11 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Oscoda, MI. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-8 pm at the Buresh Funeral Home in Oscoda, MI. Interment will be at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Flint, MI.
